socializing while you try the wines and beers from around the world and
our own special cocktails like Mosaic Vodka Martinis and White Wine
Sangrias.
At night, Mosaic Wine Lounge becomes a
moroccan-themed nightclub featuring dance, lounge, trance, euro and
world beat music from the dancing scenes of Miami, London and Paris.
Resident DJ Keith makes many appearances to spin beats for his Mosaic
guests.
The name and logo of Mosaic suggests a multicultural environment and
a market for the exchange of ideas, where people from around the world
can share romantic and stylish moments in a beautiful environment.
The concept of Mosaic derives from a trend in Morocco where 15th Century
palaces are converted to high-end boutiques which incorporate the core
elements of a typical and traditional bazaar, including specialty art, music and food in a relaxing atmosphere.
